Job summary

Givens Communities in Charlotte is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs across the organization. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, helping to recruit for multiple departments.

You will develop postings, proactively source candidates, and build inclusive pipelines while tracking key metrics to improve hiring outcomes. A background in HR or recruiting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in talent management, recruiting, marketing, or Human Resources preferred.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or similar software preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop position profiles and postings that attract candidates and communicate the Givens Careers brand.
• Proactively source candidates through referrals, job fairs, social media, networking, etc.
• Establish recruitment objectives with each department and develop strategies to secure the best candidates.
• Provide a high-touch, positive experience for every candidate and hand off to HR/Departments upon hire.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and track performance against goals.
• Attend job fairs and represent the organization at events.

Givens Communities is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs across the organization. Based out of our Charlotte campus, Givens Aldersgate , this position will assist with the recruitment activities and work closely with teams to facilitate an effective recruitment process. This is a fully on-site position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

What you'll do:

• Develop position profiles and postings that are attractive to potential candidates and communicate the Givens Careers brand
• Proactively source candidates through referrals, job fairs, social media, networking, etc.
• Work to establish inclusion goals for recruitment and ensure networking and job posts reach diverse markets
• Establish recruitment objectives with each department and work to develop recruitment strategies to secure the best candidates for each vacancy
• Provide a high-touch, positive experience for every candidate and effective hand off to HR/Departments upon hire
• Monitor key recruitment metrics and goals and track and analyze recruitment performance against metrics
• Establish and maintain community partnerships to aid in recruitment efforts
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to represent the organization
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

Compensation is $55,000 - $60,000 per year based on background and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package
