EBAD is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team! Based at our Moorpark, CA facility, you’ll primarily support hiring for this location while also contributing to broader talent initiatives across the business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in building powerful talent pipelines that fuel our company’s current and future success.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be a strategic partner to Human Resources and hiring managers, developing customized recruitment strategies that build high-performing teams and drive EBAD’s ability to deliver excellence. Your work will directly influence how we attract, assess, and hire top talent, helping us meet critical business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs with a high level of customer focus
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract top active and passive candidates, utilizing social media, professional networks, and innovative outreach methods.
  • Support Affirmative Action Planning (AAP) and University Relations & Recruiting (URR) programs.
  • Manage and streamline the interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, interview coordination, and final interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Lead employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing to enhance EBAD’s visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and design targeted interview questions to attract and assess high-caliber talent.
  • Represent EBAD at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives to expand talent pipelines.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with prospective and past candidates to build proactive talent networks.
  • Drive a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to offer, including salary negotiations and onboarding handoffs.
  • Support special projects, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
  • Proven success sourcing passive talent and building strategic pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting technical and engineering talent.
  • Expertise with social media recruiting, resume databases, and professional networking platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of organizational roles and talent landscapes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where agility and innovation are key

Compensation:

Pay range: $75,000 - $95,000. Pay is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
