Job summary

Moog is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment activities for the Military Aircraft Group. This role, based in Buffalo, NY, offers a hybrid schedule and will also support other groups as needed.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct screens, and extend offers, while leveraging Workday for data integrity and staying aligned with Moog's strategic talent goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business partners at all levels.
