Role Details

• Hours: 30 hours/week, 6 hours/day
• Location: 1 E. Wacker Dr, Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60601

Responsibilities

• Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain organized candidate records.
• Work closely with hiring teams to understand needs.
• Research market conditions and industry trends.
• Engage in employer branding activities.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines.
• Track sourcing metrics and report findings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry sourcing.
• Familiarity with HR software like Lever, Indeed, Ziprecruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation

$40 - $50 per hour, based on skills and experience. Salary offers will consider various factors and are subject to change.
