What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source candidates for various disciplines
- Build and manage a talent pipeline by sourcing active and passive candidates
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and make recommendations for candidate selection
- Maintain applicant tracking data and reporting for compliance and internal purposes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team policies and practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in candidate sourcing via social media, resume databases, or cold calling
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or 4 years of related work experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with employment law, HR policies/practices, and OFCCP regulations preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Background in IT or data mining
- Knowledge of Boolean searches in candidate sourcing
- Previous experience in a recruiting role or related field
