What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage talent at all levels using diverse data sources, including external markets and internal systems
- Conduct full lifecycle sourcing, from research and data management to guiding applicants through the application process
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategies and gather competitor intelligence
- Utilize top-tier tools in the technology stack to enhance sourcing efforts
- Build relationships with passive candidates and manage candidate pipelines effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience; 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
- Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance of secret or above
- Proven experience in qualifying talent needs and candidates, with a track record of success in metrics such as time to fill and pipeline health
- A naturally curious mindset with a willingness to leverage technology and automation in sourcing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in staffing agencies
- Background in supporting federal contract bids and proposals
- Familiarity with OFCCP and EEO hiring laws
- Training from SourceCon Academy, AIRS, Social Talent, or similar structured sourcing training
