We seek thoughtful, collaborative, and inclusive individuals to join our team and make a positive impact. If you're excited, apply to join our growing Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team. You will report to the Global Amentum Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager and engage passive talent from various markets to identify, engage, and introduce them to the Amentum team.

Our sourcing team operates remotely, supporting full-time telework with core east coast hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage talent at all levels from various data sources, including external markets and our internal systems.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of sourcing, from research and profile enrichment to data management and candidate qualification.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to develop hiring and sourcing strategies, and gather competitor intelligence.
  • Utilize top-tier tools in our technology stack, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
  • Engage candidates directly via phone, build relationships with passive candidates, and manage pipelines.
  • Support critical open positions, program bids, and our recruiting delivery team to fill approximately 3,000 requisitions annually, focusing on building skill pipelines and acting as talent consultants for our business groups.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance of secret or above.
  • Proven success in qualifying talent and candidates, with metrics such as time to fill and pipeline health.
  • Curiosity about hiring technology and automation, with a drive to work and source at scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Staffing agency experience.
  • Experience supporting federal contracts and proposals.
  • Familiarity with OFCCP & EEO laws.
  • Structured sourcing training (SourceCon, AIRS, Social Talent, etc.).
Essential Functions:

Physical Requirements: Sitting at a desk and computer for extended periods (90%).

Work Environment: Home or office environment; professional interaction at all levels.

Equipment: Operating computers, phones, copiers, and office equipment.

Attendance: Work hours are typically 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, with promptness essential. Some work outside normal hours may be required; infrequent overtime.

Starting salary in Colorado is $83,000/year.
