Talent Acquisition - Sourcer (University Outreach + Social Media) – Location: Orange County, CA (Preferred) | Remote flexibility available • Job Type: Full-Time

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our growing team, with a focus on university outreach, social media engagement, and early-career recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to connect, communicate, and build genuine relationships—on campus, online, and everywhere in between.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, and social media
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, student orgs, and early-career talent pipelines
  • Create and manage compelling social media content to promote openings, hiring events, and company culture
  • Represent Senior Doc at local career fairs, networking events, and campus engagements
  • Conduct outreach and initial screening to assess experience, fit, and alignment with our mission
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Contribute to our employer branding efforts and help amplify our voice online
  • Maintain accurate sourcing activity records within our ATS
Who You Are
  • Based in or near Orange County (preferred) and well-networked in the area
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in healthcare or service-driven fields
  • Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people
  • Social media-savvy—comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc., to engage audiences
  • A creative, resourceful self-starter who’s not afraid to try new strategies
  • Passionate about healthcare, community impact, and meaningful work
  • Familiar with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar) and sourcing tools

  • Have experience with university recruiting or student engagement
  • Can bring that “influencer energy” to how we show up online

Pay

Pay: $23-$28 per hour DOE; negotiable
