Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) seeks a Talent Acquisition Representative for a Health Insurance organization in Orange County. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay range of $32.50–$52.00 DOE.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and support onboarding. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Communications and at least 3 years of HR or recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR or related administrative experience, including 2 years in recruiting or staffing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Evaluate applicants based on role requirements and maintain consistent interview standards.
• Assist in preparing job offers and support the onboarding process.
• Research sourcing channels and build networks to attract passive candidates.
• Provide ongoing support and training to managers on interview best practices.
• Help identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Monitor hiring metrics like time-to-fill and collaborate on strategies to meet key performance indicators.
• Support the organization’s telework program, including managing policies, maintaining accurate records, and training managers on performance monitoring.
• Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as needed.
