This position is contingent upon contract award

The Recruiting Senior Specialist is responsible for providing staffing services to field and office positions for the Fluor Federal Solutions business line. This position delivers high-quality technical and professional candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. The individual will perform full life cycle recruiting, maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the Intelligence Community at large. Creativity, independent judgment, long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consult with project and hiring managers to understand personnel needs and workforce planning strategies, and identify suitable candidates for current and future openings.
  2. Assist in opening requisitions in Brass Ring for project needs.
  3. Create and present pre-screening questions for collaboration and approval.
  4. Maintain excellent working relations within the Human Resources organization.
  5. Keep stakeholders informed on recruiting statuses through communication.
  6. Collaborate with the staffing team to develop staffing plans and activities.
  7. Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including the Intelligence Community, colleges, and professional organizations, to source qualified candidates.
  8. Leverage online resources like Brass Ring, LinkedIn, and cleared databases for sourcing candidates.
  9. Screen candidates for skills, experience, and knowledge suitability.
  10. Present suitable candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
  11. Track candidate statuses using Brass Ring.
  12. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and stay informed of recruiting trends.
  13. Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the company and position.
  14. Manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
  15. Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed information about the company, project, location, and role expectations.
  16. Extend job offers under the guidance of hiring managers and within company policies.
  17. Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing.
  18. Maintain accurate documentation of all recruiting activities for audit purposes.
  19. Perform other duties as required.
