• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Fast-paced recruiting experience required.
• Experience with union and non-union manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience posting on LinkedIn/Indeed.
• MS Office proficiency and strong communication.
• Able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represents ATC at recruiting events to build relationships.
• Sources candidates and creates a pipeline for openings.
• Communicates benefits, duties, and culture to attract candidates.
• Maintains market intelligence on recruiting practices.
• Manages job postings with external partners and ATS.
• Performs screening and interviews via in person/phone/video.
• Conducts background checks and drug tests.
• Participates in immigration programs and visa processes.
• Partners with Operations to select candidates and onboarding.
• Owns onboarding through the HRIS platform and E-Verify.
• Manages recruitment budget and adheres to defined budget.
