Job summary

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, coordinating logistics for recruiting events, and using ATS to track progress.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience in staffing or related field.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate data management.
• Familiarity with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and online sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for temporary, temporary hire, and direct hire roles.
• Manage ATS and digital tools to monitor and document the selection process.
• Build candidate pipelines and relationships with clients and candidates.
