Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate setting.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates across roles and departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from first interaction to offer.
• Conduct competency-based phone interviews.
• Maintain candidate evaluation notes and talent acquisition processes.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to manage, prioritize and fill roles against quarterly timelines while meeting hiring goals.
• Find creative ways of sourcing, attracting, and assessing talent.
