Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Liaise with MSP, overseeing day-to-day operations, escalations, and vendor performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports: headcount, contingent labor utilization, time-to-fill, supplier performance, spend.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership to support workforce strategy and resource planning.
  • Support vendor management: invoice reconciliation, performance reviews, contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with TA, HR, Finance, Procurement to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Program Analyst supports workforce planning initiatives and the operational management of the organization's Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. This role partners with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, business leaders, and external vendors to analyze workforce data, provide strategic insights, optimize program performance, manage reporting, and support vendor relationships. The position helps ensure contingent workforce programs operate efficiently, align with business objectives, and support the organization's talent strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support workforce planning initiatives through the collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce data, staffing trends, and resource forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and monitor contingent workforce program operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall program performance.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for the Managed Service Provider (MSP), overseeing day-to-day operations, issue resolution, escalations, and vendor performance management.
  • Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, metrics, and reports, including headcount, contingent labor utilization, time-to-fill, supplier performance, workforce trends, and program spend.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to support workforce strategy, resource planning, and operational objectives.
  • Support vendor management activities, including invoice reconciliation, performance reviews, contract compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to align workforce planning efforts with organizational goals and talent strategies.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned in support of department and organizational objectives.

Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, human resources, vendor management, program administration, business operations, or related analytical functions, with demonstrated success supporting workforce strategy, program optimization, and business objectives.
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience interpreting workforce, staffing, and business performance data to support decision-making.
  • Proven ability to develop dashboards, metrics, and reports that provide actionable insights and measure program effectiveness.
  • Experience managing vendor, supplier, or MSP relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, contingent labor programs, staffing processes, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS, VMS, workforce management, and reporting systems.

Overtime required – N/A.

Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to Auburn Hills, MI.

Qualifications Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and relevant work experience.

Work Schedule: This is a hybridrole, requiring in-office presence two days per week. The role also requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs, typically between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
