Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted mostly remotely. We are intentional about when we ask our teams to co-locate for work, so examples of when you would be asked to come onsite would be for events, strategy sessions, team bonding, etc.

  • Process updates: communicate changes to existing processes and introduce new ones that impact internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption
  • Stakeholder engagement: inform and involve relevant stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to ensure awareness and buy-in of Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to craft key messages, develop communication strategies, and create engaging content to attract top talent
  • Partner with Comms teams to design and develop compelling collateral, such as videos, brochures, and web content, to support Talent Acquisition outreach efforts
  • Track and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide insights to inform future initiatives
  • Ensure all Talent Acquisition communications adhere to corporate branding and identity guidelines
  • Experience in communications, public relations, or a related field, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment marketing at the University level, either from a corporate or university perspective
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that drive engagement and results
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with corporate branding and identity guidelines, with the ability to ensure consistency across all communications

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Communications, Journalism, English or Marketing plus 5-8 years of related communications experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Proficiency in all MS Office programs
