Sinch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner III to lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles. This remote opportunity prioritizes candidates located in the Atlanta area and collaborates closely with Business HR, Compensation, and TA peers to ensure fair, data-driven decisions across all hiring stages.
You will shape talent pipelines for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other Go-to-Market functions while upholding Sinch values of trust, transparency, and accountability.

You’ll work in close partnership with the business and HR to understand hiring needs, identify talent that aligns with Sinch’s values, and guide candidates through a transparent and engaging recruiting journey.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner III, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and high-impact roles, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
This is a temporary position anticipated to last approximately 12 months. The anticipated duration is provided for planning purposes and does not guarantee employment for any specific period or alter the at-will nature of employment.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/, market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until October 1, 2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
