What You Will Do

We’re seeking a highly motivated freelance Talent Acquisition Partner (Sales) to help us find top-tier sales professionals as we expand our team in the United States. This remote role supports our US Sales and Operations leadership, with a focus on sourcing talent in and around Denver, Colorado, where our US office is located. The contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Head of US Sales and Head of US Operations to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage top-performing sales talent, primarily in the Denver metro area and broader US market.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from outreach and interviews to scheduling, coordination, and offer support.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication at all stages.
  • Share relevant market insights and recruiting trends with internal stakeholders to help shape hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipelines in Greenhouse (our ATS).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across global time zones, aligning with hiring managers and team members.
  • Support employer branding efforts through thoughtful outreach and candidate communication.

You will be great for this position if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally focused on sales roles.
  • Proven success in direct sourcing and talent engagement, with creative outreach strategies.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Familiarity with the Denver sales talent landscape or similar US markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A candidate-first mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
  • The ability to work independently as a freelancer, while collaborating effectively with a global team.
