Sequoia Care seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance patient care by recruiting top talent in healthcare. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment strategies, with emphasis on teamwork and relationship-building, in a compassionate work environment.
Location: Remote, MUST BE IN EST OR CST.

We revolutionize therapeutic care through our exceptional Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services, focusing on quality outcomes that prioritize each individual’s unique needs.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a key role in supporting these efforts by identifying, attracting, and coordinating the hiring of top talent across the organization. Your work will help ensure we have the compassionate, skilled team members needed to deliver on our mission of exceptional care. You'll partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, support recruitment strategies, and promote Sequoia Care as an employer of choice.
How You Will Spend Your Time
• Assist with sourcing, screening, and referring qualified candidates for open positions across therapy and other departments.
• Support job posting efforts on job boards, social media, and with academic institutions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and candidate follow-up.
• Conduct candidate pre-screens and use selection tools to assess fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Help build and maintain relationships with local therapy and academic programs.
• Assist in executing Sequoia Care’s social media strategy to elevate our employer brand.
• Compile recruitment activity reports and metrics for leadership.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
The Qualifications You Will Need
•Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare recruitment experience; specifically SNF or therapeutical recruiting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG experience a plus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment environments.
• Reliable attendance and ability to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
