A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts within Research and Development. The role focuses on attracting talent and integrating employer branding strategies. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead recruitment initiatives for functions(s) within the Research and Development organization providing industry expertise in assessing and attracting external and internal talent.
Integrate employer branding strategies leveraging enterprise-wide programs, process and technologies for functions within Research and Development.
Engage with HRBL's and senior leadership teams to develop and drive talent attraction strategies that support the future vision of the organization.
Lead strategy conversations with hiring managers and develop strategic sourcing plans that are tailored to specific hiring needs.
Execute consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring best practices and processes that support a highly positive candidate experience and recruiter/hiring manager efficiencies.
Identify sourcing priorities and opportunities leveraging existing and new technologies for candidate pipelines and candidate management.
Develop and manage talent pipelines with passive candidates using social media to ensure recruitment effectiveness for the organization and reduce dependency on external vendors.
Collaborate and consult with hiring leaders and HRBL's to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies and be able to create and implement creative solutions for challenges.
Utilize Workday efficiently and ensure compliance with all required government regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring activities.
Participates in Research & Development and Global Talent Acquisition programs and projects as a talent advisor and TA business partner.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience required.
Experience in pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred.
Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking systems and creating and utilizing accurate data and reporting to share with hiring managers. Workday experience a plus.
PowerPoint, Excel, MS suite, linked In and CRM experience required and experience with social media and branding and AI a plus.
Understanding of inclusive and behavior-based interview process.
Strong communicator; verbal and written.
Exceptional partnering and influencing skills.
Experience in working in a global organization, across functions and in different cultures with a high level of complexity is a plus.
Strong team player with a demonstrated solution-oriented, "can-do" attitude.
Role is US – Remote, ability to work in Eastern Time Zone.

$111,800.00 - $175,670.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
