Position Overview:
Epika Fleet Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring Mobile Diesel Technicians and Mobile Trailer Technicians across multiple brands and regions. The right candidate has a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on skilled labor positions and has successfully operated in a remote environment.
Please note: This position requires hands-on experience recruiting for skilled labor or trade roles (e.g., diesel technicians, mechanics, field service workers). Candidates with experience only in corporate, IT, technical, or medical recruiting will not be considered. Applicants from PST Time Zones only will be considered. Candidates located in other regions will not be considered. Availability to work in CST hours occasionally will be required.
