ByteDance is building a global talent pipeline through the Data Team, shaping infrastructure platforms powering our products worldwide. This Talent Acquisition role partners with business leaders to develop cross-geography hiring strategies and deliver high-quality candidates.

You’ll design efficient processes, establish SLAs, and lead the global recruiting team. Experience in in-house or agency recruiting and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

The work spans both domestic and international markets, supporting a wide range of business areas. By providing innovative technologies and scalable platforms, we enable multiple teams to achieve their goals and drive business growth across ByteDance's diverse product suite.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in building and scaling the technical talent that powers our data-driven innovations.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand non-R&D hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
• Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.
• Work with country and business unit leaders as well as the operation teams to understand relevant laws as well as manage and oversee the recruitment lifecycle globally for all ByteDance candidates to ensure great candidate experience.
• Manage, coach and mentor members of the global recruiting team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in in-house or agency recruitment background.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in To B industry will be highly desirable.
• Possesses strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
