What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of full-cycle technical and non-technical recruiting experience
- Experience managing a requisition load of 10-15 roles simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify challenges proactively and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and the talent landscape for informed decision-making
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System
- Background in a scaling B2B SaaS environment or similar settings
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a partnership mentality
- Passion for solving business problems through a people lens
