Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build high‑performing teams for nationwide civil engineering projects. You’ll partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top engineering talent while delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

You will drive recruitment strategy, draft job descriptions, source candidates via LinkedIn, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide offers with salary ranges and start dates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring.
  • Ideal candidate has recruiting/sourcing experience from a civil engineering company.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods based on role and industry standards.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews and prepares interview questions and materials.
  • Assists with the interview process and conducts interviews with managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process; discusses salary ranges and start dates.
  • Collects and analyzes data to monitor recruiting statistics such as time to fill and sources.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Attends college job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed.
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

About This Role

At QISG, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in building high‑performing teams that drive critical infrastructure projects across the country and support the civil engineering group. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top engineering talent while shaping a best‑in‑class candidate experience. What You’ll Do
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process; identifies and recommends salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Collects and analyzes data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill for positions, sources of successful candidates, etc.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions, as needed
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested
What You’ll Bring
