Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting for the Centralized Hiring Division. This onsite role in West Omaha involves end-to-end ownership, including final interviews and hiring decisions across multiple divisions.

You'll influence hiring quality, build pipelines, and partner with leaders to shape sourcing strategies while supporting corporate and field recruitment initiatives. Equal opportunity employer, visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Significant full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles and environments.
• Proven track record of outstanding quality of hire and top performers.
• Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing both high-volume and targeted searches across functions.
• Strong sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and market insights.
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar roles and translate needs into criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible with leaders at multiple levels.
• Consultative partner to stakeholders, balancing priorities with urgency.
• Familiarity with ATS; ClearCompany experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hiring manager for designated field positions across Milan divisions; conduct structured interviews and final hiring decisions.
• Develop insights on top performers and apply to improve quality of hire.
• Communicate decisions with clear rationale during complex conversations.
• Assist with corporate searches across functions and levels, including technical roles.
• Participate in intake meetings to define profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for field positions across clinics nationwide.
• Build proactive talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking.
• Translate business needs into search strategies and candidate criteria.
• Work with leaders to guide talent decisions and hiring strategy.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
• Manage multiple priorities with high standards for talent and process.
• Leverage recruiting data and feedback to improve sourcing and selection.
• Collaborate with a high-performing TA team focused on accountability and growth.
