EnSafe Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, employee-owned environmental consulting and engineering firm.
You will manage 15–20 active requisitions, partner with hiring managers, actively source candidates, and drive a high-quality candidate experience from intake through onboarding.

This is an opportunity to do meaningful, full-cycle recruiting work for an employee-owned environmental consulting and engineering firm—helping bring in the technical talent that supports our clients, growth, and long-term success.
The Recruiter supports recruiting operations and a broad mix of technical, professional, field, and corporate positions across the company. This person will be a trusted partner to hiring managers, a thoughtful advocate for candidates, and an active contributor to a recruiting function that is becoming more scalable, strategic, and data-driven.

Actual compensation for this position in Massachusettswill be based on a variety of factors, including education, related work experience, certifications, skills, and current market conditions.
Massachusetts pay range
$80,000 - $120,000 USD
