- Support intern recruiting efforts for Summer 2026 by screening resumes and making intern offers; career fair attendance is not required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, conducting talent strategy calls to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategy.
- Coordinate ongoing communication with hiring managers, including check-ins at key stages (e.g., midway through job postings and during onboarding).
- Use internal applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors / Workforce Connect) and manage job postings on company career pages, LinkedIn, and other job boards as necessary.
- Utilize existing job descriptions stored in the JDMS system and collaborate with hiring managers to customize language as needed without altering core job requirements.
- Ensure candidates are processed through the interview and offer stages, supporting hiring managers with interview panels and decision documentation.
- Assist with onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; candidates with an Associate’s degree plus 4+ years’ experience or a high school diploma plus 6+ years’ experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity and comfort using applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors/Workforce Connect) and LinkedIn recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or IT roles is highly desirable.
- Open to candidates with diverse recruitment backgrounds, including those with short-term contract experience.
Additional Information:
- Interviews will be primarily conducted virtually via Teams, with some onsite interviews arranged by hiring managers as needed (e.g., for plant or field roles).
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will not be responsible for assembling interview panels or scheduling interviews; these responsibilities lie with the hiring managers and intern councils.
- This position may extend beyond the initial contract term, pending organizational approval.
