Fivetran seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in GTM & G&A roles to join our team. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles, primarily in North America, partnering with leaders to hire top talent while upholding Fivetran’s values.

You will source diverse candidates, drive a data-driven hiring process, and collaborate with HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to optimize recruitment. This is a senior strategic role focused on scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GTM & GA SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies.
• Proven success hiring for Enterprise Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, including senior-level positions
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement
• Experience with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter

About the Role

Pay Range

The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business need, market demands. The compensation range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your location during the hiring process.
