Talent Acquisition Partner At Foley, we know the talent landscape is evolving rapidly, and our goal is to be at the forefront of that evolution. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across our growing business.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a true business partner to leaders across the organization, building trust and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, bringing expertise in attracting top talent and guiding leaders through the process.
  • Partner with each function to design tailored recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
  • Partner with the rest of the talent team to use best practices in sourcing, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
  • Use data and technology to optimize hiring processes, ensuring speed, quality, and scalability.
Who you are
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an innovative technology company (B2B SASS preferred)
  • Proven success hiring in either technical (engineering/product) or GTM functions
  • Strong relationship-builder with the ability to influence leaders and create alignment.
  • Skilled at managing multiple searches without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
  • Proficient in modern ATS and sourcing tools, and excited to leverage AI-powered recruiting tech.
Location

This is a Remote position located in Massachusetts with some travel required to our New England offices.
