You will be deeply immersed in that function's priorities, culture, and talent needs, operating as a true extension of the business to ensure we meet both current and future staffing demands.

You will use your proven interpersonal skills and creative approach to problem solving to leave a positive impression on candidates while driving results. • Serve as the primary decisionmaker on candidate qualification, using sound judgment, structured evaluation, and deep understanding of role requirements to determine which candidates advance.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them on candidate quality, market realities, and the most effective hiring strategies.

  • Provide ongoing market insights—including talent availability, competitive intelligence, and compensation trends—to influence hiring decisions and shape long-term workforce planning.
  • Recommend and adjust sourcing strategies based on data, performance metrics, and evolving business needs to ensure consistent delivery of the best people.
  • Evaluate candidates rigorously against role requirements, competencies, and the attributes necessary for long-term success at Lutron.
  • Facilitate structured decision making by guiding hiring teams through candidate debriefs, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely resolution on applicant status.
  • Train and coach hiring managers and interviewers on effective selection techniques, behavioral interviewing, and consistent evaluation standards.
  • Leverage the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate pipelines, ensure timely progression of candidates, and monitor funnel health to meet hiring targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and implementing best practices across the recruitment function.
  • Ensure compliance and data integrity in all recruiting activities, applying strong attention to detail and adherence to data privacy standards.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.
  • Craft compelling, high-impact job descriptions that reflect role expectations, team culture, and the qualities needed for success.
  • Represent Lutron as an ambassador at select career events, using proven communication skills and cultural knowledge to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Lead offer development and delivery, ensuring competitive, equitable, and timely offers that align with internal guidelines and market expectations.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with new hires to support a smooth transition into the Lutron community and reinforce a positive onboarding experience.
  • Ensure all hires meet Lutron's standards of excellence, upholding a high bar for talent quality and cultural alignment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned OR 10 years of professional experience post academics.
  • Willingness to travel to key sites to deepen partnerships, strengthen stakeholder alignment, and immerse yourself in the business.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a related field.
  • A combination of agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience is preferred.
