We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our Talent team. An Ursa Major TA Partner is a professional networker, sourcing guru, administrative wizard, and lover of learning all things technical. You will manage a full plate of strategic sourcing while driving HM and candidate engagement and collaborate with your peers to get a multitude of roles filled quickly with qualified and diverse candidates. Ursa is looking for someone who works well on a team but is also a problem-solver and can be independent while seeing projects through to completion. You will be metric-driven, strive for continual process improvements, be flexible to shifting priorities, and actively push the envelope daily. No day is the same at Ursa Major and staying organized and nimble is crucial for successfully juggling an ever-shifting workload.
Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $75,000 - $115,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can’t quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
Classification: Exempt.
