Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Aurora regional office. You will recruit, screen and interview internal and external candidates via video, phone or in person, and present top talent to hiring managers.

Collaborate with managers to understand roles, craft unique recruiting strategies, and ensure compliant hiring practices, including affirmative action. Occasional travel may be required as part of regional sourcing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience across all levels and functions.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday Recruiting ATS.
• Industry experience in A/E/C is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, screen and interview candidates (virtual/phone/in-person).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent needs.
• Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies.
• Present top candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
• Facilitate interviews and the offer process with candidates.
• Deliver engaging candidate experiences; act as recruiting SME.
• Use LinkedIn, social media, Indeed, job boards and events to find candidates.
• Track progress in Workday Recruiting ATS and keep records updated.
• Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and affirmative action.
• Coordinate with external recruiters; manage select search assignments.
• Create and share metrics illustrating recruitment results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be accountable for recruiting and filling positions and ensure the hiring needs for the business are met. Be an active partner and collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to identify talent needs, develop and implement recruiting strategies to ensure positions are filled with the best talent.Responsibilities:Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.Optimize effectiveness in our recruiting and hiring practices by sourcing, engaging and selecting candidates whose experiences, competencies and values are aligned with our business expectations.Partner with hiring manager to understand the position(s), determine talent needs and develop unique recruiting strategies to meet the needs of various positions.Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates (internal and external) by video, phone or in person – ultimately presenting the top candidates to a hiring manager.Facilitate the interview and offer process for candidates and hiring managers.Deliver engaging and effective candidate experiences.
