What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in talent acquisition projects focusing on end-to-end process evaluation and design for improved efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors to implement system enhancements and manage training and communication materials
- Develop and provide ongoing training and resources for stakeholders involved in the hiring process
- Lead talent acquisition projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met
- Perform regular system audits to ensure the recruitment process is automated and streamlined
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 3 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated progression in responsibility
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a similar role focused on process and technology optimization
- Advanced understanding of recruiting systems and technology stack integration
- Strong project management and analytical skills
