Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team with a primary focus on supporting recruitment to our global retail organization. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment across retail markets and levels, partnering closely with retail leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to identify and attract exceptional talent. The TA Manager will develop market-specific recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and drive searches from initial intake through offer while ensuring an efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong retail recruiting experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches across locations in North America and Canada in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Retail positions across multiple locations and levels, from initial intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
  • Partner closely with Retail leadership, Regional and District Managers, store leadership, and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and establish recruiting priorities.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive retail talent to support current openings, anticipated vacancies, new store needs, and future hiring demand.
  • Source candidates through social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ADP Lyric) networking, referrals, recruiting events, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions across different markets while maintaining a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Screen and assess candidates for relevant retail experience, leadership capabilities, customer orientation, and alignment with business needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations, candidate insights, and market feedback throughout the selection process.
  • Proactively identify difficult-to-fill markets and positions and develop creative sourcing strategies to strengthen candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve time to fill while maintaining appropriate standards for candidate quality.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and effective management of the interview process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring activity within ADP Lyric, excel spreadsheet and other Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Monitor recruiting trends and talent availability across key retail markets and share relevant insights with Retail and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Identify and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and community partnerships that strengthen retail talent pipelines and G-III's employer brand.
  • Travel to retail locations nationally as needed to partner with field leadership, understand market-specific hiring needs, and support recruiting initiatives.
  • Support corporate and other business recruiting needs as priorities require.
  • Partner on additional Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • A proactive recruiter with a strong understanding of retail talent and the realities of recruiting across multiple markets.
  • A relationship-driven partner who builds credibility with Retail leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
  • A resourceful recruiter who enjoys identifying talent and building pipelines before positions become urgent.
  • A highly organized professional who can manage a high volume of requisitions without sacrificing candidate or hiring manager experience.
