This is a hands‑on role for someone who can move comfortably between developing story ideas, interviewing colleagues and executives, writing and editing copy, creating social content, and determining how stories should come to life across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, write, and edit compelling content that brings G-III's brands, people, culture, business priorities, and company initiatives to life.
  • Identify and develop stories from across the organization, translating business updates, milestones, employee experiences, and company initiatives into engaging narratives.

  • Develop platform‑specific copy and content that strengthens G-III's external presence and tells a consistent and compelling company story.
  • Maintain and manage the social media calendar in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in relevant cultural, fashion, industry, and company conversations.
  • Monitor social media performance and use channel insights to continuously improve content, formats, and storytelling.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging content formats and recommend relevant opportunities for the company.
  • Help manage an integrated editorial calendar across internal and external communications.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to identify upcoming stories, announcements, milestones, and content opportunities.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously, ranging from quick‑turn social content to longer‑form editorial pieces.
  • Edit and proofread content from internal contributors while maintaining consistent standards for quality, tone, voice, and style.
  • Support the development and maintenance of editorial guidelines and communications best practices.
  • Support content planning and execution around key company events, milestones, announcements, and campaigns.
Who You Are:
  • A storyteller at heart who is curious about the business and the people behind it.
  • A strong writer and editor who can identify the story within an announcement, milestone, or everyday moment.
  • A creative thinker who understands how content and storytelling should evolve across different platforms.
  • A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with executives, business leaders, and cross‑functional partners.
  • A highly organized self‑starter who can balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A thoughtful communicator with strong editorial judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications:
