Job description

In is role you will lead a team of full life cycle Recruiters across various business lines and deliver best in class talent for critical business needs. In partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership and Workforce Planning, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for evaluating key performance indicators and executing Talent Acquisition strategies for the district. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full life cycle recruiting as well as oversee the recruiting process, from source to hire. The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as a trusted advisor and serve as a subject matter expert for Recruiters, HR Coordinators, and Hiring Managers by seeking to understand the talent needs and provide consultation on process and market insights. Responsible for continuously improving the recruitment process to meet growing needs of the organization. Strong analytical, problem-solving and operational execution skills with a high degree of attention to detail and process is a must. Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment dynamic environment and think creatively. Must be a team player with strong leadership qualities. In addition, must be familiar with labor laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment, as well as experience being tech savvy using recruiting tools and techniques.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.

Minimum Years of Experience : 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition work experience in healthcare required.

Essential Functions

  • Manage daily recruitment for HR Coordinators and Recruiters
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Supervise the recruiting process
  • Ensure effective and compliant recruitment and onboarding practices by supervising and coaching HR Coordinators, Recruiters and consulting with various lines of business
  • Knows and guides the team through the best sourcing channels to reach candidates from entry level to tenured professionals
  • In partnership with peers maintain and create recruiting documents and procedures (Interview guides, reference check, background, new hire onboarding)
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to create and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various roles within our companies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and create targeted job postings. Partners with hiring manager to understand workforce needs, business unit objectives / needs related to the open position, such as skills, knowledge, experience, and competencies required in order to effectively create targeted job postings, screen and interview candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers throughout the organization
  • Partner with Workforce Development to explore all sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate data.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Track and report recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Coach recruiters and hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Keep abreast of labor legislation and educate Recruiters, HR Coordinators, and Hiring Managers about changes in regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding processes.
  • Stays current on hiring trends, competitor information, business and employment market conditions to ensure candidate pipelines stay at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated demand in line with corporate growth and business initiatives
  • Promote diversity and inclusion efforts during the recruiting and on-boarding process
  • Assist with issue resolution and promote service expectations to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ensure strong and efficient collaboration between Hiring managers and HR team
  • Attends conferences to represent the corporation and source top talent
  • Participates on Talent Acquisition projects and / or broader organizational initiatives as assigned.
  • Performs other assigned duties as needed.
