We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team and lead and execute all aspects of our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and will serve as a key partner to leadership in hiring top talent across a variety of roles, from early career to executive-level positions. You will be part of a small, tight-knit team that prides itself on its entrepreneurial spirit, team-oriented culture, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and continually enhance the candidate experience to ensure a best-in-class, inclusive, and engaging process at every stage.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple practice areas, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting vendors, including executive search firms, ensuring high-quality pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute experienced hire strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Design and lead training programs for interviewers to ensure a consistent, inclusive, and effective candidate experience.
  • Oversee and continuously refine our campus recruiting strategy, including relationship management with top-tier universities, event planning, and candidate engagement.
  • Coordinate all aspects of all in office interview days including candidate travel logistics.
  • Provide insights and reporting on recruiting metrics, market trends, and candidate experience feedback.
  • Support employer branding efforts and help position the firm as an employer of choice within the life sciences and consulting communities.
  • Lead the creation of recruiting-related training materials, including structured interview guides, process documentation, and best practices, and contribute to content for our internal intranet and external careers page.
  • In partnership with our DEI&A team, help execute our inclusive hiring roadmap, including reviewing job descriptions and interview materials for inclusive language, and expanding our outreach to ensure broader access to underrepresented talent pools.

Additional projects :

  • There will be additional opportunities for this role to expand in scope to support other internal HR, People and Talent Acquisition related initiatives as we grow.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting within consulting industry (life science preferred)
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven success managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including both campus and experienced hiring
  • Strong background working with external search partners and managing recruiting vendors
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfort working directly with senior leaders
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS system
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to engage diverse audiences across all levels of an organization
  • This is a hybrid role based in our Boston, MA office (Tu, We, Th in office | Mon & Fri remote)
  • This role is part of the Human Resources function reporting into the Director of HR, and will not have any direct people management responsibilities
  • Some travel required (less than 10%) for local events, especially during Fall / campus recruiting season)
  • Experience with immigration process desired but not required

COMPENSATION

Your expected annual compensation for this level for base and bonus is between $125,000 and $140,000. In addition to your base salary and annual bonus, you will also be eligible for profit sharing (based on corporate performance) and employer 401k match. Hayden considers many factors in our compensation decisions which include but are not limited to the following : individual skills set / job performance, organization and industry demand, individual experience level and training, and geographic location.
