Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a skilled recruiter to help employers find top talent and to lead a team of professional recruiters. You will learn and execute the recruitment process and provide superior customer service to clients and candidates alike.

The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, presenting submittal packages, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring adherence to employment laws. A Bachelor’s degree and staffing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in staffing/recruiting or business development is a plus.
• Proven track record in a competitive role.
• Ability to quickly learn multiple technical resources including MS Office, ATS, and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn, execute, and enforce recruitment process.
• Lead Professional Recruiters and coach them.
• Review job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates using job boards and social media.
• Screen and interview candidates to meet client needs.
• Present candidate submittal packages to clients.
• Follow up with hiring managers for feedback.
• Present offers to candidates on behalf of clients.
• Ensure recruiters meet expectations and compliance with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws.
