Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: UK or Germany – London or Frankfurt preferred, also flexible on hybrid working pattern

Department: Human Resources

Sector: Data Centres & Group Companies

Applications are welcome until the end of Friday, 20th June.

This is more than recruitment. It’s your opportunity to lead and evolve a Talent Acquisition function across two Regions (as part of a global TA team) and shape the future of hiring across a fast-growing group of companies.

We’re seeking a passionate and driven TA Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for our Group of companies across EMEA and APAC, with a particular focus on the dynamic and high-growth data centre sector.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be building best-in-class hiring strategies, elevating the candidate experience, and partnering with leaders to bring in top-tier talent that will help shape the future of our business.

You’ll be the engine behind how we attract and hire exceptional talent — from engineering and construction/delivery to corporate and technical roles — playing a vital role in our continued growth and success. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building efficient systems, leads with data, and is ready to make a real impact, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for EMEA and APAC, primarily supporting our data centre business (but also the broader group, as needed). You may also support some hiring in the US & LATAM (as required) as part of a fun, highly effective & truly Global TA function
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on all things talent
  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment, from workforce planning and employer branding to sourcing, interviewing and offer management
  • Design and embed scalable hiring processes that attract high-quality talent in competitive markets
  • Ensure a great candidate experience, and help to further shape our employer brand
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support growth initiatives and workforce planning
  • Mentor and develop one direct report (Talent Specialist, based in Frankfurt)
  • Use data and insights to inform smarter, faster hiring decisions

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven talent professional with experience across EMEA (APAC experience a plus)
  • Demonstrable experience working in high-growth, complex environments; ideally with exposure to construction/infrastructure, technology, engineering or data center environments
  • Someone who thrives on autonomy, builds credibility quickly, and brings ideas to life
  • Someone with experience of ATS implementation (as part of a Global HRIS roll out) and comfortable taking stakeholders on that journey
  • A confident communicator and collaborator who can influence at all levels
  • Passionate about building great teams and delivering brilliant candidate experience
  • A problem-solver with energy, initiative, and a hunger to make a difference

Why Join Cloud

  • Be part of a fast-paced, globally scaling business at the forefront of digital infrastructure
  • Join a collaborative culture with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit
  • Play a key leadership role - have the autonomy to shape the TA function in Region(s)
  • Work on exciting, complex roles that directly impact our growth and success
  • Grow your own career with opportunity to expand your influence and capability regionally and beyond

This is a role for someone who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and make a mark. If you’re looking for your next big challenge - we’d love to hear from you.

If you have questions about the role, or for a confidential discussion, please reach out to Peter on LinkedIn or via pmason@cloudhq.com
