  • Strong experience developing recruiting KPIs, reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards that provide actionable insights into recruiting performance, hiring outcomes, and workforce trends is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies is required, including the ability to optimize systems, workflows, and tools to improve recruitment efficiency and measurable results.
  • Experience leading talent acquisition initiatives across the United States is required, while familiarity with hiring practices, employment regulations, and talent markets in Canada and Mexico is strongly preferred.
  • In-house, full-cycle recruiting experience and exposure to executive or senior leadership recruitment are preferred, as is experience supporting manufacturing, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or similarly operational environments.
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle HCM, or comparable enterprise recruiting systems is preferred.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, strong change management capabilities, creative problem-solving skills, and an ability to evaluate and implement innovative recruiting strategies are essential.
