Job summary

South Seas Island Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across all departments on Captiva Island, FL. The role partners with HR leadership and department heads to attract, hire, and retain top hospitality talent aligned with our service culture.

The role oversees a full suite of staffing strategies for seasonal, full-time, part-time, and on-call roles, ensuring a seamless and guest-focused hiring process that supports our brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and service-oriented mindset.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading all recruitment strategies and hiring operations for South Seas Island Resort. This role ensures the property attracts, hires, and retains exceptional hospitality talent across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, and Leadership roles. The manager partners closely with department heads, HR leadership, and the resort's executive team to deliver a seamless, service‑driven hiring experience that reflects the resort's brand, culture, and guest‑service standards.

What are we looking for?
