Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the design and execution of strategic and operational recruiting initiatives.

This role partners with senior leadership to determine hiring needs and sourcing strategies, overseeing daily recruiting operations and onboarding. You will manage executive recruitment, drive candidate experience, and report on progress with a focus on high-quality service and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; 3–5 years of experience.
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Update or design recruiting procedures and KPIs.
  • Maintain data on recruitment activities and KPI progress.
  • Recruit and interview executives and build a network of passive candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and deliver regular progress reports.
  • Provide mentoring to team members and support recruiting events as needed.

Title:Talent Acquisition ManagerJob Description:Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 per yearJob OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the strategic and operational recruiting strategy for the company. This individual will partner with Senior Leadership and colleagues to determine key hiring needs and sourcing strategies. This position oversees the daily operations of the recruiting department and onboarding experience.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Collaborate and partner with department managers to identify future staffing needsUpdate current and design new recruiting proceduresDevelop and maintain contacts with employment agencies and other sources of applicantsManage and maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, promotions, and overall department KPI’sRecruit and interview candidate for executive level open positions and develop network of passive candidates for future opportunitiesTake steps to ensure positive candidate experienceUtilize, adhere, and train employees on recruitment systems, policies, procedures, tools, and templates to ensure streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered, with regular recruitment metrics and reporting on progressProvide status updates and reports to give visibility of performance to the TA team and hiring managers on a weekly basisAssist with mentoring/coaching other team members as neededOther tasks as assignedTravel to support recruiting events as neededQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
