Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking an inspiring, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to help build our workforce from the ground up for the Jacksonville pre-opening. You will lead the complete talent strategy, attracting diverse hospitality professionals and building strong community partnerships.

You will drive innovative recruitment approaches, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Experience and understanding of luxury hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Highly self-sufficient, operating independently to manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, and collaborate within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition roadmap for the hotel pre-opening.
• Identify and leverage internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, and events.
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
• Provide counsel to hiring managers on mobility, external hiring, and vendor management to ensure policy compliance.
• Measure and report on talent pool KPIs, throughput, candidate experience, and hires.
• Champion employer branding with innovative recruiting practices to attract top talent.

About the location

Blending imaginative urban design on the banks of the St. Johns River, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will be the centerpiece of the Jacksonville Shipyards, ideally located adjacent to the Sports Complex and proposed Stadium of the Future – a renovated and reimagined EverBank Stadium that will serve as home to the Jacksonville Jaguars while playing host to national and international sports and entertainment events for generations to come.

About The Role

We’re seeking an inspiring, forward‑thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to help build our workforce from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the people strategy of the pre‑opening of Four Seasons Jacksonville. Bringing together exceptional, diverse talent who will deliver the legendary Four Seasons experience from day one. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the full talent acquisition strategy for the hotel, championing innovative recruitment approaches, building strong community partnerships, and ensuring we attract the very best hospitality professionals.

What You Will Do

• Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition Roadmap in identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
• Identify and leverage the right internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multi-media advertising, social media, job fairs, university fairs, networking, community involvement/partnerships and third-party assistance.
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting of top tier candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance, up to Planning Committee.
• Ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
• Provide counsel to hiring managers on matters pertinent to internal mobility and external hiring to ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures, and compliance with local employment laws. Recommend, and manage local third‑party vendors, head‑hunters, and job Boards.
• Measure and report on talent pool KPIs, including throughput, candidate experience and successful hires.
• Champion Employer Branding and proactively looks for innovative and new industry best practices around recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing to ensure we are hiring top talent and all candidates walk away from their experience with a positive image of the Four Seasons Brand.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience and understanding of luxury hospitality is strongly preferred
• Highly self‑sufficient, operating independently to manage full‑cycle Talent Acquisition, from workforce planning to candidate engagement
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Ability to multi‑task, work autonomously, and collaborate within a fast‑paced environment.
