Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting function for our manufacturing operations. You will shape standards, pipelines, and employer branding while partnering with plant and operations leaders.

You’ll oversee campus recruiting, internships, and events, travel domestically about 30%, and build strong relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/related field.
• At least five years of talent acquisition experience across organizational levels.
• Experience building talent pipelines and campus recruiting programs.
• Ability to lead or coordinate a TA team and partner with hiring managers.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Talent Acquisition team, aligning with hiring strategies.
• Establish organization-wide TA standards, systems, tools, and processes.
• Support hiring for Plant Managers, Site Managers, and above.
• Monitor recruiting effectiveness and improve candidate quality and stakeholder experience.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for forecasted workforce needs.
• Develop employer branding resources for job boards and events.
• Establish partnerships with schools and communities for recruiting.
• Manage annual internship program and workforce planning.
• Translate forecasted needs into hiring priorities with leaders.
• Monitor turnover and advise on staffing impacts.
• Embed job board and social media practices to strengthen branding.
• Develop market research and ramp-up plans for new sites.
