Qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including 3+ years in-house.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle recruitment across commercial, manufacturing, scientific, and corporate roles.
• Experience hiring for senior-level roles with stakeholder influence.
• Strong data analytics and use of metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience designing direct sourcing strategies and talent marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a matrix or global organization.
