Currently, we are inviting a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our office in Dallas, Texas.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of the fastest-growing continent and play a key role in building the team and attracting top talent.

In this role, you will:

  1. Execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with Teltonika’s IoT goals and growth objectives.
  2. Conduct full-cycle recruitment to hire top talent for our growing teams in 7 locations (Toronto, Dallas, Lima, Santiago, Colombia, Mexico City, São Paulo).
  3. Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  4. Identify emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition across Americas and integrate them into global processes.
  5. Continuously analyze and improve recruitment workflows and practices to meet growth targets.
  6. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer negotiation—in line with global policies.
  7. Collaborate with global hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  8. Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience while promoting our employee value proposition.
  9. Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide insights and reports.

What we expect of you:

  1. 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  2. 1+ year of leadership experience (leading a remote team is an advantage).
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  4. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
  7. Full professional fluency in English.
