Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in recruiting and full-cycle talent acquisition for professional and contract staff.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Taleo experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Affirmative Action requirements strongly preferred.

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Conducts in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the role details, challenges, EVP, clarify process, as well as define the interview process
• Understands requirements for positions, develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.
• Develops and sustains effective methods to identify, source, and mobilize the most qualified candidates, and ensure the company always has a pipeline of talent for these identified positions.
• Acts as the CS champion in passive sourcing. Uses passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, Internet searching, participating in and networking within associations, organizations, cold calling, and conducting and gathering competitive research on direct competitor organizations.
• Consults and guides managers on current legislation impacting recruiting, recommends new procedures, conducts training and guides managers on best practices for interviewing.
• Manages assigned requisitions in our applicant tracking system ensuring all applicants are moved correctly and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the easy retrieval of prospective candidate information for recruiting purposes. Supports the organization in the execution of EEO commitments made in their AAP plan and execute pro-active recruiting to achieve AAP goals and objectives
• Partners with Talent Acquisition Team ensuring the Company’s overall recruiting strategy, technology infrastructure and processes are competitive and aiding to attract and retain the best talent in the marketplace.
• Participates in talent acquisition projects and/or other related duties as appropriate

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION

(Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business management, or other related field and/or combination of education and related experience preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and full-cycle talent acquisition of professional and contract staff positions is required. This experience must include position profiling, direct and indirect sourcing, screening and interviewing, management coaching for candidate selection, and development and presentation of employment offers.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to manage open positions and candidates; specific Taleo experience a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of Affrmative Action requirements and goals strongly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills with experience using an applicant tracking system, electronic job boards, social media and MS Office.
• Strong team player with experience building and sustaining relationships
• Proactive attitude and willingness to tackle new situations
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
