Job summary

CEC Entertainment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Corporate Support Center in Irving, TX. This paid internship runs full-time during the Fall Semester, with a hybrid schedule of on-site and remote work and a 40-hour work week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The role provides hands-on HR and TA experience, mentoring, and growth opportunities. You will support posting maintenance, candidate sourcing, background checks, and data analytics while collaborating with the TA team and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in process (likely HR or related field)
• At least 18 years old
• Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail and effective communication
• Task management and timely delivery
• Solid business acumen
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Acquisition team with daily tasks and candidate sourcing
• Format documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Maintain and edit online job postings and support sourcing
• Administer background and drug screenings
• Support stores and candidates as needed
• Maintain department documents for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and SharePoint site
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
• Contribute to both Talent Acquisition and Benefits functions (~50% time)
• Engage with HR and Talent Acquisition teams
