Job summary

ARCO in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a motivated HR/Recruiting intern to support campus engagement and talent development while gaining hands-on recruiting experience.

You will help coordinate interviews, events, and candidate communications, building professional pipelines and contributing to ongoing talent initiatives on-site at our King of Prussia office.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recent graduate in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in the King of Prussia Office.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones.
  • Managing event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution.
  • Drafting and scheduling social media content that drives engagement and builds ARCO's employer brand.
  • Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date.
  • Partnering with universities and career centers to strengthen relationships and boost candidate pipelines.
  • Sourcing talent using LinkedIn and other creative channels.
  • Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruiters.
  • Coordinating virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development

  • Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or ATS platforms is a plus
