Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring all documentation and tasks are completed accurately and timely
  • Provide caregivers with necessary information and materials to prepare for orientation
  • Collaborate with recruiters to gather required information and maintain communication regarding onboarding status
  • Ensure compliance by keeping caregiver files complete and updating certifications and licenses
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in caregiver onboarding
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-volume talent acquisition or onboarding (30+ hires per week), preferably in the healthcare field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare or home care industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience using HR software and systems for tracking caregiver information
