Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring all documentation and tasks are completed accurately and timely
- Provide caregivers with necessary information and materials to prepare for orientation
- Collaborate with recruiters to gather required information and maintain communication regarding onboarding status
- Ensure compliance by keeping caregiver files complete and updating certifications and licenses
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in caregiver onboarding
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume talent acquisition or onboarding (30+ hires per week), preferably in the healthcare field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare or home care industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using HR software and systems for tracking caregiver information
