What YOU'LL DO

  • Candidate Experience & Coordination: Own interview logistics including scheduling, travel coordination, and follow-ups, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Operations & Projects: Support ad hoc talent acquisition projects—reporting, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives. Help maintain accuracy in Greenhouse (ATS) and ensure compliance across all recruiting workflows.
What You'll Need
  • 2+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Background in high-touch recruitment, preferably within Fintech, Insurtech, or high growth tech companies. (essential)
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter (essential)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Outlook
  • High level of data accuracy and attention to operational detail
  • Exceptionally organized with strong calendar and time management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal
